Colin is prepared to always go the extra mile to ensure the highest standards of client care are met, no matter how simple or complex the case, who the client is, his/her background, colour, race or religion.

Colin specialises in criminal law but over the years, has covered numerous other areas of law including, but not limited to, military, education, family, consumer, housing, repossession and civil.

In Criminal Law, he has worked alongside barristers from some of the biggest chambers in London and further afield, ranging from the simplest of case of road traffic offences, theft, drugs, through to the more serious offences, including: rape and other sexual offences, gang related crime, knife attacks, shootings, conspiracy, fraud, grievous bodily harm, money laundering, conspiracy, perverting the course of justice, attempted murder and murder.

Colin has a family history of family members in the Armed Forces and was a member of the Reserves for a period of  18 years, firstly as a soldier before retiring as an officer in 2007. Colin is well aware of the military way of life, it’s ethos and military terminology and is very experienced in Military Law.

Together with his legal military experience and excellent results in military court-martial, clients can give their instructions to a former soldier/officer, without having to try and explain the Armed Forces way.

He still has numerous friends serving and wishes to use his experience to help force personnel, including civilians in an array of legal areas including: Queen’s Regulations, Military Court-Martial, Criminal  and Family Law.

Due to Colin’s vast experience, not just in the legal profession, but also as aforesaid, as a former soldier/officer in the Reserves and lecturer of law; Colin has trained paralegals and trainee solicitors, as well as being responsible for the training of army and civilian personnel during his time in service. He has also assisted the University of Buckinghamshire with Moot Hearings where he was acting as a Judge making mock judicial decisions with competing Universities; before more recently lecturing part-time at the University of Plymouth.

He continues to train through links with Bucks University, where Colin provides students the opportunity of training/work experience.

Colin is committed to giving the highest standards of client care and to do the very best for his clients. Outcomes can not be guaranteed, but we can give a 100% guarantee we will fight for the outcome you desire.
